- Local Storage: All app data—including your shot lists, custom ideas, and project names—is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this information.
- Transaction Data: If you purchase the “Premium” version of the app, the transaction is handled securely by Apple via your App Store account. Nosey Pet Photography does not see or store your financial details.
2. Use of Information
We use your information solely to:
- Fulfill photography bookings and communications.
- Maintain the functionality of the Dog Shoot List app.
- Provide technical support if requested.
3. Data Security
- Client Records: Information related to photography sessions is stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- App Data Privacy: Since your shot lists are stored only on your physical device, your data is as secure as your phone. Deleting the app will remove your locally stored lists.
4. Apple App Store & In-App Purchases
The Dog Shoot List app utilizes Apple’s In-App Purchase system for premium features. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and Media Services Terms.
5. Your Rights (UK GDPR)
In accordance with UK data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of any personal information we hold. For app users, since we do not collect your data, “deletion” is managed by simply removing the app from your device.
